The training is led by our trained coaches, either in a group class or with the help of a personal trainer. Meet Joe!

Joe is just an ordinary 47 years old, worker, husband, and father. As a teenager, he always wanted to have the body of a sprint kayaker: visible abs, wider back, chest, and shoulders. He visited fitness centers as usual because learning kayaking is not easy and besides that, water for paddling is not available for everybody either. Lifting weights didn’t bring the results he expected, so he started to spend a lot of time and energy on learning how to kayak well. This made him achieve the desired “KAYAKER LOOK”. For a long time, he has been wanting to make this exceptional workout method available for everyone. A few years ago, he has developed an indoor paddle machine for professional paddlers, which realistically simulates kayaking movements. Based on this machine, finally, he was able to create the KayakFitness workout method, which provides an opportunity for anyone to have a “KAYAKER LOOK”.
